Design of the Marine Megafauna Information System
My activities are organised around several axes:
– Implementation of a data portal for Pelagis/CEBC, linked to the new common website, a portal intended for producers and users with level management (general public / private organisations / research organisations / associated researchers and collaboration)
– Complementary module for the stranding application: event monitoring dashboard and management of samples and collections
– Common internal platform for exchanging tools and data: Deployment and sharing of applications developed by each of them and archiving/storage of data before/after processing.
