SAMMOA is a dedicated software for aerial observation campaigns of marine megafauna
It was developed by the Pelagis Observatory with the technical support of Code Lutin
Main features :
To collect and capture visual observations of marine megafauna in flight.
Has an instant GPS connection and an audio recording system.
Works with windows and uses shape formats for sampling mapping and data archiving and export.
Allows you to make a flight plan with the position of transects and observers before take-off.
Allows validation of data with the same interface by listening to the audio again.
